i2x is a personal communication trainer for calls. Machine Learning is employed to support professionals to increase customer satisfaction. With full-stack responsibilities, I implemented the company platform for data transcription, labelling and validation. The application is built with Python and Django using AWS components: ELB load balancing, EC2 instances, S3 storage and RDS databases. To simplify development and deploys, the application and its services are hosted as Docker images on ECR. I supervised the creation and development of the in-house labelling team and set up the internal data labelling pipeline, overseeing the collaboration with external agencies. I was responsible for research on Sentiment Analysis and Emotion Recognition, to assess the quality of phone conversations. ML models were implemented using TensorFlow and PyTorch and iterative stages of analysis were conducted with Pandas and NumPy. Show less
