In my piano studio I teach my students to achieve a holistic practice and performance approach. My students range in age between 6 and 75 and I have adapted my Zoom teaching approach related to their needs and skill level. I have updated my technology by getting an external camera to zoom in on hand position, fingerings and technical details. Kindergarten, First and Second Grade Music and Movement. MUSIC: Most of the songs are originals and tied to the curriculum, like science topics, seasons, life skills, animals, fun and more. Use of rhyme sticks and recorders to teach basic music theory and early instrumental skills. Voice warm up exercises with the solemnization system in addition to introducing ear training. MOVEMENT: Teaching of movement sequences with focus on coordination, orientation, balance or/and rhythm.
