Pierce is one of the most detailed oriented interns we had at UXMNL. Give him a task to do by himself and he shall excel in it. He's the type of intern that does not need to be cuddled. Challenge him and he shall respond with enthusiasm and determination. His ability to communicate his ideas is one of his strongest assets. I constantly find myself asking for his feedback and learning new things from him. His colorful personality adds more to his charm thus making him a fun person to work with. While collaborating with him, tasks in the office did not feel like work. During his stay in UXMNL he has effectively conducted tasks such as usability testing, heuristic evaluations, customer journey mapping, data analysis and prototyping. For one so young, it's rare to find an individual with his caliber.

Pierce did an internship with UXMNL and I was blown away with his performance, he's mature, friendly, confident and credible. He's one of those people you can throw any task to and he will attack it with all his might. He became a Customer Journey Mapping expert while with us and along with one other team member created a workshop from scratch which he is skilled at delivering himself, in particular with explaining complex issues, responding to audience questions and managing the attendees expertly. In August 2015, he will deliver the workshop to a class of 30 people. In addition to all that, he's also an *excellent* visual designer. I highly recommend you hire him unless I hire him first!

Deployed in Citi as part of the Intern Analyst program under Citi Technology Infrastructure. Worked on 2 team challenges: Sharepoint Design and Storyboard for a particular unit (1) and designing a Project Management Guide and Workflow following a Lean Six Sigma methodology through a collaboration medium for Citi employees (2). Went through various trainings - most important was regarding a custom Lean Six Sigma methodology in terms of project management and process improvement. Presented in a symposium, together with the other Intern Analysts, how the new collaboration tool can improve employee collaboration, file sharing, and project management in the office as well as how to use the functions and features of such. In line with the symposium - published a technology paper regarding coding conventions and compilation results of the coding widget. Also did simple content management.
