  Within a 2-month time period Rose N' Greens grew from 0 lawns to having a total of 72 Lawns. My responsibility within the company was to generate new business, communicate with home-owners, manage the day-to-day schedule, and oversee finaces. Rose N' Greens had a very successful first season, however, my partner and I decided to sell the comany at the end of the year.
