  As a Direct Support Professional, I provided services that enrich the lives of the consumer, with an emphasis on creating a family-like environment that encourages the consumer to experience a full life; by assisting with advocacy, living skills development, health maintenance, medication administration, personal care, behavior development, operational support, daily charting and professional behavior. However, I was responsible for other duties as assigned as well: • Executed daily operations of an office administrative assistant • Offered office service for the consumer in budget preparation, housekeeping and special management studies. • I compiled and maintained records of the consumer business transactions and activities. • Prepared and issued out receipts, payable and receivable invoices, statements and checks. • Inventoried and ordered medical supplies and office materials. • Scheduled appointments, gave appropriate information when needed, took dictations; otherwise, relieved officials of clerical work and minor administrative business details. • Compiled, copied, stored and retrieved records and reports, in management data, using a computer.
