Pia har været ansat i vores administration i Vivabolig fra 2017 til 2020 i en nyoprettet stilling som Kommunikationsmedarbejder. I perioden har hun udarbejdet en brandplatform, et strategisk ledelsesværktøj, der styrer vores aktiviteter med udgangspunkt i mission, vision og strategi således, at vi alene brander os på det vi siger, gør og syner. Et gennemarbejdet og brugbart redskab som danner grundlag for en kommunikationsstrategi, som Pia ligeledes har udarbejdet og eksekveret for os. På baggrund af kommunikationsstrategien har hendes opgaver spændte meget bredt fra det strategiske til det taktiske og operationelle: - Nyhedsbreve interne og eksterne - Storytelling - Pressemeddelelser - Hjemmeside - Facebook og annoncering - LinkedIn - Outdoor bannere - Reklamer på busser, biler, cykler m.m. - Grafisk arbejde i særligt InDesign og Illustrator - Fotografering og video af boliger og boligområder - Eventarrangør - Standardskabeloner og præsentationer Dette er alle tiltag som vi nu kan se effekten af, vi er blevet mere professionelle i vores kommunikation og kendskabet til Vivabolig er øget betragtelig. Pia er i alle opgaver meget ansvarsbevidst, omhyggelig og initiativrig. En deadline er en deadline og Pia gør alt for at nå i mål. Skal jeg sætte flere ord på er det i den grad stabil, fleksibel og en enormt servicemindet holdspiller, der er med til at sætte overliggeren, så andre kan score målet. Som kollega på kontoret med 20 medarbejdere indgår Pia som en omsorgsfuld og loyal kollega, og hun bidrager meget positivt og konstruktivt til det gode arbejdsmiljø. Derudover har hun i sin officielle og uofficielle færden i resten af organisationen været god til at skabe gode relationer. I had the pleasure of hiring Pia as a part of my Social Media team in a new position at Restaurations Kompagniet, as Content Manager for the company's social media platforms. Pia has been an extremely valued member of the team both professionally and personally. Pia possesses a good overview and incorporates all aspects in her communication, which results in valuable understanding of the challenges and insights into the target groups.
