This meant a lot of process-technical work and as a result of this I gained a good understanding of the production and the customers’ processes. A natural result of this is excellent corporation skills. • Responsible for the development of bicomponent fibre (a special product) and technical service towards all customers using these fibres. • Inventor of: Dust reducing fiber for Airlaid application (WO9845419/EP0973966), the most successful invention in the company • Project leader on dedicated projects both on products but also production optimizations. • Responsible for technical service in Far East, key customers in Europe, North and South America. As a result we landed several large customers in Korea, Japan, Holland and USA so a large expansion of the production capacity was necessary in this period. • Project work in corporation with customers, suppliers, colleges, production and test institutes. • Development of new improved products from the Idea of the new product to the marked launch.
