I had chances to sharpen both my creative mindset and project management through two most iconic projects of the club, which were 'Brand of the Month' & 'The Fall Recruitment'. It was the first time I had to step out of my comfort zone to be responsible for every action, to lead a team of 20 people from 5 functions, to cooperate with three brand managers from top cooperates (including Biti's, Passio & Coca-Cola) for professional online workshops, and to be responsible for every risk management. Despite ups & downs with such significant challenges, I finally nailed it & became one of the most outstanding representative of CAM Club's 4th generation. Show less
