  Project supervision the installations of Toro irrigation system with electrical control and drainage system at Golf courses and residential projects. Installation of Toro Turf mowers and Buggies(Club Car). And provide after sale services Turf Mower Machines, irrigation control system and buggy according to customer requirements. • In Project, Prepare the design drawings and budget quotations for the irrigation projects. • Site survey inspection accordingly the customer requirements. • Installation ground plumbing system such as Toro’s sprinkler system with electrical communication wire from central Lynx computer, water drainage system, Drip irrigation system and installation low voltage (220V transform 24V) electrical wiring system for Golf course and residential irrigation projects. • Installation the drainage and catch basin system of golf course and residential landscaping. • Supervise and monitor direct workers and subcontractors to ensure terms of quality and schedules are met. Conduct and record Quality checklist, Project Statement. • Take site measurements for production. Ensure proper housekeeping and safety on site. • Prepare direct workers daily work attendance cards and liaise with account on their payroll matters. • Certify work completion, check quantity and quality with client. Maintain records and update all drawings and documents. Provide feedback on customer complaints and impression. • Ensure all completed works are handed over to customers without defects. • Troubleshooting electrical wiring and circuit board components and communication signal checking in irrigation system. • In Machinery, Installation Toro’s Turf mower at Customer’s site. • After sale servicing and troubleshooting the problem of Turf machines such as Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical components. • Installation of (Club Car) Buggy at golf course and residential. • After sale maintenance and service electrical control system of Buggy at golf courses and Estates. Responsibilities: Maintenance and troubleshooting the Aviation Ground Equipment in Republic of Singapore Air Force: Regular servicing, troubleshooting and solving technical problems of the following equipment are Ground Power Unit (GPU ), Air Conditioning Unit, Generator Set, Hydraulic Test Stand ( hydraulic Mill ), Air Starting Unit( ASU ). • Troubleshooting and repairing the Detroit diesel V 71 inline engine, Cummins diesel engine, Caterpillar diesel engine, Jet turbine engine, check the electronic fuel injection system, air intake and exhaust system, engine oil and cooling system, Hydraulic system such as hydraulic pumps and motors, control valve, relief valve, bypass valve, piston and seals of hydraulic cylinders, air compressor and air blower system of reciprocating and rotary type. Check the electrical system such as starter motor, alternator, main generator system and their electrical controls. • Around the servicing period, changing engine oil, engine oil filter, fuel filter primary and secondary, air filter , checking the fan belt tension and radiator cap pressure and then check the fuel and oil system of the engine. In hydraulic machine, changing the hydraulic oil, high pressure filter, low pressure filter and need to send the hydraulic test sampling and check the hydraulic system .Clean the wheel bearing, wheel hub and repack with the grease. Check the voltage and ampere for generator with the load bank tester, check the oil leakage and abnormal noise. • And then, check the equipment with maintenance manuals and checklist that is recommended by RSAF.   Responsibilities: Maintenance of port machines: Regular servicing , troubleshooting and solving technical problems of the following machines such as liebherr Mobile Harbour Crane (LHM 320, LHM 400 model) , Bromma Spreaders (EH5U , EH-170U) , SMAG Rotator , Kalmar Reach Stackers(DRD , DRF , DCE models) , Rubber Type Gantry (RTG), Quayside Container Cranes ( ZPMC brand). • Troubleshooting and repairing electronic fuel injection system, air intake and exhaust system, cooling system of V12 and V8 diesel engine. The electro-hydraulic system operated machine problems come from hydraulic pumps , hydraulic motors , directional control valves , servo valve , main valves , priority valves, hydraulic cylinders , hydraulic hoses , accumulators , solenoids , electrical motors and their controls , gear selectors , joysticks , sensors. • Replacing and service the hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders , motors , brake discs , cylinders , servo valves , directional valve blocks , hydraulic hoses , wrench wire drums , wrench wires : deal with slewing , hoisting, luffing, transmission gear box and their clutches. • Around the servicing period , doing servicing such as engine oil changing, engine oil filters changing, diesel filters primary and secondary changing, air cleaner filters inner and outer changing, hydraulic filters and hydraulic oil changing , greasing as required filling the grease to automatic greasing pump , checking hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic pumps , checking the oil leakage , checking ampere as required , testing all function of the vehicles whether working normally or not. • During the operation visually checking the oil leakage, abnormal noises. • Check the wire ropes, trolley pulleys, gearboxes, the gantry wheel brakes and hoist & boom emergency brakes hydraulic systems.
