Inventory control: Estimating the 3 months rolling sale forecasts and monitoring the shipment orders quantity; formulating the strategies to clear the stock with short expiry dates 6. Business trip with Marketing Director and Company Consultant: Visiting the factory or business meeting with brand headquarter if it is necessary
