I am in the Litigation Division of the Attorney General's office. I primarily defend state officials, officers and employees sued in federal court. I handle all aspects of each case including pleadings, discovery, trial, and appeals. I have argued numerous times in state and federal district courts, state courts of appeal, and the U.S. Fifth Circuit. I have also successfully filed two petitions for writ of certiorari to the Louisiana Supreme Court. The second will be argued soon. I am in the Litigation Division of the Attorney General's office.
