      hiring CHA's, training, village travel to complete paperwork so they can continue on to the next level of their training, developing power points for their educational purposes, forms for them to utilized which required approval from Med Staff, working with MM with supplies that they needed and developing forms for each clinic to utilize, disciplinary actions, respond to incident reports, tracking training level for not only my villages but assisted other supervisors.
