  Some of my most notable accomplishments here: • Helped us go through a successful seed round. • Focuses on building out the property management hub and resident facing application. • Asked questions and took ownership. • Diagnosed and massively improved performance issues by 300% with Xcode DevTools • Effectively separate container and presentational components, manage state in Redux, create new actions and reducers, effectively develop on our own customized Material UI Styleguide Library and use client side routing and page layout techniques. • Created a variety of custom hooks used throughout our application promoting modularity and reusability, defined API call patterns to reduce excess renders and API calls in our iOS components. • Built a Feature Toggle system to allow developers to push work in progress features up with the ability of hiding them. • Worked on internal admin tools to speed up company processes. • Worked with a back end team in Chile and Russia. • Lead Release Candidates, monitored Azure Pipelines, diagnosed and repaired problems with a broken build or integration environment, and smoke tested. • Followed Trunk Based Development • Introduced integration testing in Cypress to our products. • Interviewed prospective engineers for the team from resume reviews, code challenge reviews, to phone call interviews. • Developed technical and domain documentation and front end architectural diagrams that allow for Product to better understand how certain features are tied together from an eng standpoint. • Developed JavaScript to iOS and Android bridges, worked in web views and more.
