Phong also participated in the design/development of a multi-board development platform that required him to ensure that the interface between the boards was properly implemented so that the modularity of the overall design was achieved. Phong used his knowledge and skill with Altium to ensure the success of the overall design. Phong has very good diagnostic skills that became evident during time spent understanding an issue that FW was having. The root cause of the issue was a hardware error that resulted from the misinterpretation of the device datasheet. Once this error was found and corrected, FW was able to complete the portion of code that relied on the hardware correction. Phong is willing to take on new responsibilities and is able to adjust very well in a dynamically changing engineering environment.
