  Cleveland Coffee & Market (or CC&M) is a small café and retail business in downtown Cleveland, TN, that functions primarily as a café and retail business. CC&M is dedicated to fostering a non-intimidating community space, and to using its position within the community to support other local and independent businesses. I am privileged to work under this business as a Barista and Customer Service Associate, while also providing administrative assistance in the management, reception, recording, and moderation of our business’s inventory. Additionally, I have been appointed by my employer as the Coffee Stock liaison between CC&M and our coffee roasting company partner, Due South Coffee. This position requires me to independently manage the entirety of CC&M’s coffee bean inventory, maintain regular correspondence with Due South Coffee, and oversee the submission of coffee shipment orders on a bi-weekly basis.
