Each role given to me I valued as I have overcome difficult scenarios which lead to me gaining more experience.       As a bar worker I worked front of house, this involved welcoming and socialising with new and existing customers to ensure that the pub exceeded their expectations in order for their loyalty to maintain. Working behind a bar allowed me to expand my customer service knowledge, as I would have to speak and serve people of all ages and backgrounds. It was very inspiring speaking to different people as not only was I gaining work and customer interaction experience but in some cases, they gave me advice in their own life experiences.
