I have known Phil McShan for over 15 years and have worked with him on many different projects for The Vocal Majority Chorus in that time. Phil has always displayed remarkable intelligence, patience, attention to detail, and insight. He is an outstanding trainer and always manages to get the best out of people because his consistently positive nature makes them want to be their best. Phil is an incredible person. Before I met Phil and attended his training seminar for HTA, I was blindly going through the motions. After meeting with Phil, going through his training, I came away with a clear understanding of my role and purpose with the company. I could tell right way that Phil was a true leader and team builder. He never commanded respect but earned it one person at a time. Phil has a good eye for talent too as his phone room was one of the best I had ever seen.
