  I provided training, support, configuration and project management on our software SigniFlow. SigniFlow is one of the largest digital signature solutions in South Africa. Our clients include BMW finance, KFC, BankServ and Altron just to mention a few. I have worked closely with the mentioned clients where I had to digitize the internal business documents and paper trail, integrate the internal business process with the software SigniFlow and train all staff and administrators to use the system. I have independently managed projects from start to end with KFC, Pizza hut, BMW and BankServ Africa. I have received great responses from most the clients complimenting me with my professionalism and great training skills as well as the compilation of each project.

  At the beginning of the pandemic in 2020 PBSA saw the opportunity to launch their product’’ SigniFlow’’ internationally. This is where I had the task to not only teach these companies to use the system once configured and also built the capacity . I also had to sit down with each company Via teams and discuss their current internal and external business processes, as well as to design each workflow for each process. Because of the language barrier, I would have to translate many of the support tickets and emails received and respond back with either Portuguese or Spanish. Due to different time zones, I had to work overnight to provide a service, as I needed to be available during their operational times.
