Phillip is an exceptional communicator - which is rare in his field. He has the ability to look at situations from all angles, develop a strategy and communicate the impact to the target audience. This was particularly important whilst dealing in the global sustainability space - which needs to consider local conditions while implementing global solutions. He is also hard working, honest and loyal - all coupled with a great sense of humour. I would and do recommend Phillip.

Phil is an amazing, talented guy. In HP he was a trailblazer in the Sustainability practice all over the world and really enabled HP's presence in this space. He not only did this but also recognised how important it was to build culture and engagement with his local employees and colleagues in the Melbourne office (one of our larger offices with over 1,000 employees based there).He led the Site Leadership Council in Melbourne - a group that was an extended arm of the HP leadership team and also a group that listened to its local employees to really make a difference in their work life and environment. Phil did everything from organising volunteering days out with over 50 of our employees planting trees in a local park to organising Kids Day where we had over 200 kids of our employees come on site. The unique thing about Phil is he is always passionate in everything he does and isn't scared to be or do the status quo, he questions things and wants to do things better. Always. He is an asset to any team and leads by example.
