Phil runs a great bespoke Recruitment and Consultancy Team. In 2018 we hired an excellent Quality Engineer who we has just been promoted to Group Quality Manager with Phil's Team successfully recruiting a further Quality Engineer for us who starts on Monday. Last week a new Design Engineer started with us - he's off to a great start plus several team members in our manufacturing and fabrication team as we expand our KMT Engineering business. The growth in great part is due to a new Sales Manager who joined us 7 months ago, again via a Kensington's search. I first met Phil almost 3 years ago and subsequently was recruited into Klarius as Group CEO. He and his team make the time to know both client and candidate well, work on the fit and deliver successful outcomes - unusually at all levels and across functions becoming valued and trusted partners who in turn can speak to candidates with unusual candour and insight.

Going through an interview process is a very stressful experience. I am glad that I was finally able to find such an amazing recruiter as Phil. Not only does he review your resume, but during the interview with him, he recorded an introductory video where I was able to articulate my skills in a much more comprehensive and impressive way than would ever be possible with a written resume.
