  Collaborated with 8 other student directors to deliver LIMUN 2023, a conference with 1000+ attendees.Recruited a team of 85 staff, including 70 responsible for chairing debates, 12 to manage the simulated diplomatic crisis engine.Supervised the training and briefing of staff, and reviewed their production of professional-grade conference materials, which included more than 300,000 words within debate position papers.Worked with Student Groups across the UK to provide training materials for Model UN activities through the LIMUN UK Tour.Developed and implemented a new team-based strategy for large-scale staff recruitment at Model UN Conferences.Broke into the London-circuit from a non-London university, becoming one of only a handful of directors in LIMUN's history to not be London-based.   Successfully overcame the challenges of pandemic restrictions, growing the society from 3 members at the start of the academic year, to 45+ regular members.Spearheaded campaign to call on Kent Union and the University to support student societies better during the pandemic and going forwards, coordinating with the leaderships of other student groups to amplify the message.Following this campaign, the Karate society secured record funding, allowing for the club to subsidise activities for members who needed assistance, and replace old training and safety equipment.
