I had the pleasure of working with Phillipa for almost 3 years during my time as Financial Controller and her time as Hospital Director at the University of Melbourne Veterinary Hospital. Phillipa’s empathetic, consultative and decisive leadership style taught me a great deal, a lot of which I draw upon each day.
