I would highly recommend Phillip Velasco. He is extremely knowledgeable about what he does and is on top of his projects, maintaining them appropriately. If Phillip is asked a question, he is not afraid to tell you that he needs to get back to you after he does some research. And Phillip always gets back to you with an answer or solution to the problem. He thinks outside the box and can think through a problem from beginning to end with creative solutions Phillip deals with the organization’s IT infrastructure and often times has access to very confidential information, and I find him very trustworthy. I’m consistently impressed with Phillip’s work and how he treats and deals with people.
