  While in this position I have been working on the following items. • Designed approximately 30 new bottle structures for the global re-design of the Jim Beam portfolio, including worldwide market-specific modifications that still maintained brand design intent.• Oversaw Jim Beam portfolio first productions around the world to ensure the quality standards were maintained.• Collaborated with graphic agency to set up design guardrails to current manufacturing capabilities.• Oversaw supplier companies during production to ensure proper manufacturing of the material components.• Coordinated with machine engineers to ensure proper material equipment interface.• Supported manufacturing team in troubleshooting material quality vs. equipment capability.• Worked with Kentucky factories to improve efficiencies and lower production costs.• Presented monthly project updates on packaging progress to Steering Committee.
