  I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with postdoctoral fellowship training in Pain Management and Naturopathic Medicine. As a member of your multidisciplinary treatment team along with your medical provider, I perform comprehensive assessments and treatment for pain and chronic health management. In addition, I provide pre-surgical evaluations for a wide variety of procedures. As a result of multidisciplinary treatment for your chronic health concerns, you will become empowered to engage in biological, psychological, and social changes to increase quality of life, improve functioning, and reduce pain and disability. As a pain psychologist working in an integrated approach, I collaborate with your primary and specialty providers to address your needs and access the pharmacy of available pain and stress softening agents naturally occurring in your nervous system. To help develop self-management pain coping skills, I use strong evidence-based treatments including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Chronic Pain (CBT-CP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Chronic Pain, biofeedback, imagery, and relaxation training.
