Bio
Ryan Parker
I had the pleasure of working with Phillip for the better part of a decade, first at Red Cheetah and then later under the ECi Software Solutions umbrella (post-acquisition). Over that time, the productivity and efficiency of our support and training teams improved greatly thanks in large part to the multiple software tools that Phillip designed and authored from the ground up, in house. Phillip was the architect behind our own web based proprietary phone software (aka Tincan), custom applications to handle automated syncing with QuickBooks, and our integrated "interactive training" interface - just to name a few. I was consistently impressed with his ability to envision, design, and bring into existence these unique tools that immediately benefited us all. Phillip has a unique, creative mind and was always the picture of professionalism, and I have no doubt he would be a true catch for any employer who lands him.

Over the last few years Phillip has really established himself as the "go to" guy for all of our programming projects and our team relies on him pretty heavily. His ability to break down status updates and what the programmers are actually working on into something that us sales guys can wrap our heads around has been invaluable. Outside of the huge amount of programming knowledge that I assume that he has, Phillip is incredibly approachable and brings a positive attitude to the office every day which has a noticeable impact on the whole programming team. If nothing else, he can sync up your iphone to your outlook and fix whatever you break on your computer. I wish we had two of him...and we could call the other one Teddy...or Phillip #2
