Phil Kryder is the type of employee you would like to run and manage a financial department for you. His knowledge of overall business is vast and one thing that stuck in my head was his ability to explain the business inside and out. He understands how every type of transaction impacts the financials. One of the best things about Phil is his ability to lead. He is very much a people person and there is not one person I know who doesn't enjoy working with Phil. Phil manages for success.

Phil is one of the best finance guys I know. He has a keen understanding of how running a business and complying with financial rules and regulations intersect. In addition, he's one of the most honorable people I know. I greatly enjoyed working with him for well over a decade.
