  Hired initially as a consultant to administer the virtualized operating environment of the NPAC Number Portability solution and within 6 months became the technical lead and scrum master of the System Administration/ Deployment team. Involved in every facet of the decision making, from day to day troubleshooting to solution engineering. Two-time recipient of a project level recognition award (once as a team member, once as an individual achiever).
