From the first day I met Philippa, her enthusiasm for the role shone through. Her ability to clearly communicate what could sometimes be complex technical issues to a wide range of stakeholders was vital in driving the use of user generated content within adidas. She regularly suggested and help implement ideas and processes throughout the business, often going way beyond what was expected of her. Whilst this has had an immediate impact, this has also helped to set the groundwork for huge improvements moving forward.
