Programme Coordination Working closely with the Talks and Sessions Senior Producer, I coordinated 9 public talks and 30 industry sessions. Additionally, I collaborated with other members of the wider programming team and hospitality team to ensure that all the correct information was recorded for all talent and delegates on the internal database. Event Producing During the festival, I was responsible for ensuring that all venue coordinators knew what their assigned roles were. I ensured that all technical and venue staff had the appropriate elements and information for events to run smoothly. I was also responsible for meeting and greeting all talent and delegates to ensure they were comfortable with the agreed brief and session proceedings.
