      Working closely with the Director, Board of Trustees, and the Senior Management Team, my role is to manage, inform and implement all aspects of Nottingham Contemporary’s development strategy. Leading both charitable and commercial income generation strands, to ensure high-targets for both programme and core funding are met. I originally joined the team as Development Officer but since 2020 have been repositioned as Development Manager, working independently without a wider development team. Main responsibilities: • Individual giving (Major gifts, patron programme, visitor giving, digital) • Trust and Foundations management• Fundraising and organisation wide events• Artists’ Editions publishing programme• Corporate support and partnerships• Financial management Detailed duties include:• Manage and grow multiple individual and corporate patron circles. Including prospect identification and stewardship.• Implement and design fundrasing communication strategy for both in-gallery and digital channels.• Relationship management for supporters and stakeholders.• Identifying grant and award opportunities through trusts and foundations and producing compelling, successful applications. • Production and management of fundraising and wider organisation events. Including the biennial fundraising gala with live benefit auction, patron and prospect events, and exhibition launch events.• Managing the Artists’ Edition programme. Including coordination of production, sales, marketing, online shop channels, strategy + administration. As well as presenting at international art fairs with partner museums. Including Frieze London, NADA New York, Independent Brussels, The Armory Show, New York.• Policy development in areas such as Ethical Giving and Gift Acceptance.I also Chair the Employee Forum, and participate in various organisation working groups such as the Equality & Inclusion Working Group.
