Philippa worked for me when I was the VP of Business Development for Electrolux Grand Cuisine and she was the Director of Business Development in the UK. We worked together for two years. Philippa's role was to seek and develop routes to market and high-end clients for this luxury start-up business. This was a completely new role and new business and Philippa embraced it with creativity and passion. She is highly intelligent and capable and a self-starter and was very successful in launching this new business in the UK with very little guidance or direction. Her customer service orientation is excellent as well as her interpersonal skills, and she was able to develop key relationships with partners and clients very effectively. Philippa was very successful in this role as she had been in every role she had held prior to coming to Grand Cuisine.
