      This facility is a 34 bed LTACH. Working within therapist driven protocols. Providing clinical support to all disciplines for improved patient outcomes. Supervisor over 13 full time and PRN staff. Staffing the schedule based on census and corporate SWB profile. Primary educator in family/patient needs for ventilator and or tracheostomy in the home. I was able to staff on the unit regularly and covered sick calls. Involved with physician rounds daily and conducted wean team rounds weekly.       This was with a 72 bed acute care facility with a 4 bed ICU and emergency room. Provided care to all respiratory compromised patients. Utilized my strong assessment skills to facilitate basic care,emergent care, and initiation of advanced therapies as needed. My care would include education, treatment, and support during this acute episode. I was involved in all bedside treatments including surgical procedures of bronchs and tracheostomies. Participant in physician rounding daily as well as outpatient testing.; This is an 800+ tertiary and quaternary acute care facility. I served as a new grad which moved from adult critical care all the way through to the NICU. I was involved in adult, NICU, and PICU transport teams successfully. I was able to deliver all levels of care throughout the facility and would float to assist when needed. I was able to develop strong assessment skills in many areas throughout the facility.
