  As CEO of Tibet Society I was responsible for all the day to day running of the Society; other key responsibilities included growing and developing the organisation, initiating, developing and implementing campaigns, advocacy work with the FCO and other NGOs, briefing MPs, working as secretariat to the All Party Parliamentary Group for Tibet, building good working relations and collaborating with other organisations working for rights in Tibet , China and East Turkestan and for Tibetan rights in Nepal and India. I was also responsible for promoting good communications with supporters and maintaining financial records and controls.
