When I first started working at RMIT in Vietnam as a lecturer, I reported to Philip. I was new to lecturing, and was grateful to Philip for going above and beyond to make me welcome at RMIT, and for providing course materials and guidance in teaching and learning. Philip always had time for me and other lecturers in courses that he coordinated. Philip's patience, advice and support definitely helped me become a better lecturer. Thank you.

I can confirm knowing Philip Large having been his colleague for three years from 2014 to present. During this time Philip has taught a wide variety of business subjects, such as statistics, business strategy simulation, human resources and international business, where he also served key roles such as as course developer and system-wide course team leader. Philip is an excellent instructor engaging students using a range of learning management systems and learning technologies. His dedication to students is exemplary, as his class materials are well prepared; student advisement has been completed, student work has been correctly assessed, all while maintaining a professional working ethos. It is down to his professionalism, dedication and commitment to his work that Philip is well liked by his colleagues. Philip is a strong team player and someone who is very passionate about education. Philip is a tremendous organizational asset and I support Philip fully and highly recommend him to you.
