Responsible for the design, costs and project management of integrated parking systems, including PE, ANPR, CCTV, VMS and Car Finder systems. Design responsibilities include fibre/data back-bones where integrated equipment is connected to a single control facility. Provide accurate cost analysis and forward final accounting whilst maintaining key performance milestones of all systems. Final review and sign-off with technical reports/evaluations of specific systems and/or project wide analysis. Submission of design packages to contractors for tendering purposes along with contract evaluation. Continuous monitoring of contracts and ultimately sign off responsibilities of completed systems. The main project management aspect of this position was to oversee entire installation of multiple systems. Typical projects include the installation of 190 camera/intruder alarm system with the upgrade of three MSCP parking systems at the Luton Arndale Centre (£800k).
