I had the pleasure of working with Phil for over six years at the Long Island Board of Realtors. He is dedicated and knowledgeable on legislation and policy that affect the real estate industry. Phil has an uncanny ability to build relationships and is a pleasure to work with.

I write articles for Real Estate in Depth twice a month. I have run lobbying campaigns to defeat transfer taxes in Yonkers, Rockland and many other counties. This year I fought and successfully enacted co-op fair housing legislation in Westchester County to improve the co-op transaction process. I also run several committees at HGAR and have a wealth of experience with association management. I meet with state lawmakers to advance HGAR's legislative agenda at the state and local levels. I wrote articles for the company paper and I spoke to the Realtor members and gave legislative updates concerning the industry. I also raised money for the political action committee and met with town council members, county legislators and other law makers concerning legislation affecting the real estate industry.
