  I began my career in multi-family housing here as an assistant rental manager and was promoted multiple times as the growth of the organization dictated. I learned both the operations and investment side of this business through my experiences along the way. The company grew from less than 700 units to over 5000 units during my tenure and now ranks as the 2nd largest privately owned student housing organization in the country.
