My role consists of designing conventional and unconventional completion equipment for the cased hole Refrac market. I have been involved with the development of all product lines available at Morphpackers, this includes the expandable Storm Packer in various sizes, Remedy and the MorphAnchor. My latest project was taking the lead on the designing of Morphpackers most recent success the 5.5” x 4” Cementable MorphAnchor (CMA).I have also provided support to the field by being on location for both Storm Packer installation and Cementable MorphAnchor installation. This provided me with the opportunity to gain hands on experience at the rig site. As well as being on location, I have supported operations by travelling to the US to assemble and test equipment to ensure tools were delivered on time to our customers.I am heavily involved in all aspects of the company from engineering, research and development, project planning, logistics, purchasing, supply chain, QC/QA and operations. More recently I have been involved in the training of third party vendors in the assembly and testing of our Cementable MorphAnchors. Show less

Current Projects: Extreme Performance 7" Premier Packer Previous Projects: 32 - 30 x 19 'SAB-3' Permanent Packer My role is to complete the design and testing of Completions and Production equipment. I mainly work on Packer Projects but have been included in a Liner Hanger and Liner Packer qualification project. I gained some hands on experience when I spent 3 months assembling and testing various production and prototype tools. I recently completed a 4 month period working closely with the assembly department as the Assembly Liaison Engineer. In this role I helped the department where possible to get orders out on time or as soon as possible. This included such tasks as answering questions requiring answers from engineering, helping solve any issues regarding non-conforming parts, clarifying testing procedures, and making changes where possible to documents such as drawings or bills of materials to prevent any issues reoccurring in the future.
