  Responsible for roasting, wholesale, technical, and quality control operations. Specialty-grade coffee roaster. Supervises all operations of assistant roaster and delivery driver. Responsibilities as Café Lead included supervising all front counter staff operations, interviewing and training new café employees, reprimanding and firing when necessary, setting and adjusting store policy for best product quality and customer experience, analyzing market trends and adjusting product menu and seasonal promotions to maximize sales, analyzing sales patterns and ordering product from vendors to anticipate store needs in advance, handling and depositing cash drawers, performing routine maintenance on café equipment, coordinating catering and bulk orders, setting up an online ordering system from the ground up, and other duties.
