  At Health & Protection I have been brought in to recruit, manage and train all new members of staff. I head up the internal recruitment process from start to finish as well as implementing a bespoke 12 week plan for all new trainee's. This involves delivering sales training and working with new recruits on developing different sales techniques. I also set KPI's as well as holding weekly reviews to ensure that all new trainee's are settling in and progressing accordingly. For any company retention of staff is one of the most important factors when trying to grow a business. With my unique approach to recruitment this is made possible
