Phases include troubleshooting problems with relays, electric heaters, and breaker: upkeep , repair and infer red scans. -Operate sprinklers and ventilation systems. -Compile daily parts order. -Experience with repair of Pneumatic and electrical controls. -Effective use of blue prints when necessary . -Successfully coordinate completion of large scale repairs. - Supervisor; (Required to operate 3 different buildings HVAC, Discharge employee assignments, Which also includes all building equipment maintenance.
