I supervised equipment-decommissioning teams consistent with government agency standards (KPMG). During the operational year, I successfully carried out the role of Head of Service Department. (Sound). I managed evening works to maintain the site wide exhibition systems, fault monitoring systems, and site wide fibre optic network. During the construction year I managed integration with the fibre network and ensured delivery for all the venues and for departments including Broadcast, AV and Dome-TV (signage). My role required ongoing dialogue with the main contractor, MacAlpine Laing Joint Venture, regarding the schedule of works, access, risk assessments and method statements.
