  Wellington Health and Fitness Club is a large leisure facility with around 3000 members. • Implemented a strong sales and retention strategy. Due to this we are an industry leader in retention with an attrition rate of 1.2% in 2019 and have a waiting list of over 500. • Design of all in house marketing materials for the Club. Digital and Print. • Website updates using Wordpress content management system. • App design and updates using Gladstone’s Mobile Pro platform. • Complete redesign of the club digital signage using Planet eStream to include, newsfeeds, twitter feeds, club advertising and marketing videos. • Lead the social media team in updating platforms and content development as well as engagement. • Creating videos and running photoshoots of the facilities to better promote the Club. • Event management. Responsible for the successful organisation and running of all events at the Club. An example of this includes the creation, marketing and running of the Wellington 5k runs and 5’s Live Friday music events in which we saw a 300% increase in revenue during those events. • Constantly analysing how to increase revenue and reduce costs, always with a focus on the customer. • Operational Management of the entire Club including classes, swimming pool, the bar, reception, and support staff.   I worked on the Design and Marketing team at Cozy Bay, a high end Rattan and Garden Furniture Company. - Product design: Built all designs on Solidworks to be used for rendering and concept planning for photoshoots. - Design of instructions for flatpack furniture, modelled on CAD, and creation of engineering drawings. - Graphic design: Creation of trade leaflets, sales brochures, concept design of new website on Fireworks Designed the front cover for Garden Trade Special Magazine. - Attended trade fairs and exhibitions to assist with Sales and Marketing.
