I've known Philip Hector for over 6 years and have always found him to be a conscientious individual with outstanding work ethics. In addition to being of a generally agreeble character, he is also excellent at developing rapport with everyone he meets. He is a skillful teacher who is able to motivate and reach the most disinterested students.
