  I was brought in as RPA SME for Zanders. I reviewed the lean fit-gap analysis for 6 key Finance processes. I then proceeded to document the business requirements, (re)design the processes and draft detailed solution design documents for the in-house team of UiPath RPA developers. For the processes which weren't fit for RPA I redeveloped VBA and Excel Power Query tools and explored the adoption of Service Now.
