Bio
Bryce Trapier
As a Network Manager, I relied very heavily on Phil's expertise and input as the Network Analyst for the Kosovo region. Phil has a solid history in long-haul transmissions, and he is able to applied that expertise to IP networks very efficiently. He has a particular strength in layer1 transmissions, and also works very well with layer2 WAN protocols, and LAN routing and switching. Phil is also exceptionally attentive to detail, and develops rock-solid workflow processes and as-built documentation. He takes the time to carefully consider requirements and capabilities before making an implementation decision. He is very good at identifying bottlenecks and enablers on the data network. Definitely a good guy to have fine-combing things on your network.

As in independent internet service provider working at the site Mr. Castillo manages, I can say that he is the utmost professional. Having interfaced with him on some several different and/or common issues, I can say that I was able to learn quite a bit from him. In my opinion, this is the mark of a true professional, someone who is able and willing to share their knowledge. Philip's work here is quite involved with the telecommunications of the entire site; having been able to bring internet into his site was a challenge but, his advice on new conditions and expectations has allowed me to excel at my job - and make our service better.
