I reported to Philip for 3 years at Thomson Reuters within our Commercial Finance Team and we've been Finance colleagues at TR for 10 years. Throughout my time at TR, I have admired Philip's leadership skills and ability to support business stakeholders. He is skilled with identifying risks and opportunities for the business and provides clarity for the leadership to make important decisions. I learnt a tremendous amount of finance and business partnering skills under Philip's leadership. Not only is a he skillful finance professional, he was a great mentor and very likeable colleague amongst all colleagues at TR. I would highly recommend as a Finance Leader.

I am honored to have known Philip Bate for this long. We worked together at Thomson Reuters for more than 3 years. He was not only my senior business partner but also a good mentor to me. His leadership has been proven. He leads by example and his many year experiences in senior finance positions in large complex business has taught me on how to be a great contributor and value added to an organisation. I would highly recommend him to any other organisation and very confident that he would be a good asset and value added to the business.
