I am a member of The STEP Mental Capacity SIG (Special Interest Group) which focuses on the increasing importance of issues concerning capacity in all aspects of legal work relating to inheritance and succession planning. I am proud to offer legal advice talks to Alzheimer's Society Carer's groups, Retirement Home residents and other organisations, groups and charities interested in promoting the well being of older people. I am committed to raising awareness about the importance of making a Will and Power of Attorney and the consequences of not doing so. What I love about Bray & Bray is their attitude to Plain English.
