The qualities of today's best teachers are represented in Phil. He is passionate about teaching and helping students discover the best within themselves. He quickly ascertains a student's learning style and is able to adjust the curriculum to meet their needs. The best evidence of his classroom leadership is the absence of discipline problems; his students respect him and that can be a rare quality in today's educational environment. His relationships with his students continues outside the classroom and into the team sports that he coaches. Again in that arena he brings leadership, passion, discipline and fun nurturing the best out of his students. The best recommendation I can give him is that I would trust him unequivocally with my own kids.

Philip A. is a motivated and competent teacher who is able to effectively reach students of diverse cultural backgrounds. Although Dodge City, Kansas located in an rural part of Kansas, the community is home to large food processing plants that bring diverse immigrant populations to the community to work. Phil A. has many children of these workers in his business education classes. If you are interested in hiring an effective teacher of culturally diverse students and one who is able to work with many different kinds of people, I would recommend Phil A.
